Equipment Overview:

∅This machine is suitable for screw packaging equipment for plastic bottles and glass bottles (penicillin bottles) of powders and powders, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.

∅ Can be used in conjunction with online weighing machines and labeling machines to achieve online production.

The overall equipment is made of 304 stainless steel materialThe packaging boxes and other parts in contact with the materials are made of 316 stainless steel and pharmaceutical grade materials.

The packaging material is positioned using a servo motor and dial, ensuring stable operation and simple structure.

∅ BelowThe powder screw is driven by a servo motor, and the PLC sets the speed to accurately control the rotation of the screw to achieve the high-precision range required for packaging.

∅According to the properties of the raw powder and the requirements of the product, the packaging machine has multiple packaging functions such as secondary and tertiary packaging.

∅ Packaging can achieve single head and double head packaging according to production capacity requirements.

∅The mixing box and powder hopper of the packaging machine are made of non-toxic and transparent materials that can be sterilized at high temperatures. When the equipment is working, the height of the powder layer of the raw powder, the flowability of the raw powder, and the mixing and powder feeding conditions can be clearly seen.

∅The powder feeding nozzle can be lengthened or shortened according to the properties of the original powder to improve the accuracy of loading.

∅ It can achieve front and rear nitrogen filling function, replace the air in the bottle, and ensure the quality stability of the medicine.

∅ Vibration disc for internal plug and external cover, cylinder pressure plug, external cover hanging cover, servo screw cover (or three blade rolling cover).

The ∅ screw cap (rolling cap) can achieve torque adjustment and control, achieving perfect sealing.

1. The air in the room is filtered through a hundred level laminar flow.

2. External dehumidification equipment can be used, suitable for products with high moderate requirements.

3. Equipped with a DOP high-efficiency filter detection port device.

4. A hundred level laminar flow is equipped with pressure difference online and temperature and humidity online monitoring devices.

Optional:Configure automatic sampling device:
