本设备针对预灌封注射器而设A fully automated packaging equipment for aseptic filling and stuffing. The equipment runs smoothly, is easy to operate, and is equipped with an intelligent detection device, making it an ideal device for filling and plugging pre filled syringes.

Equipment features:

1. Suitable for pre filled syringes of various brands, other types of syringes can also be customized.

2. The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the parts in contact with the material are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which comply with GMP specifications.

3. Ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.

4. The sorting and transportation of rubber plugs are achieved through a vibrating disc, using SUS316L stainless steel clean disc with no cleaning dead corners. The top disc is detachable and supports sterilization.

5. Multiple filling doses and filling methods are available for selection, supporting storage of multiple formula parameters.

6. Adopting embedded filling to prevent splashing of medication.

7. Vacuum filling system, suitable for high viscosity materials, ensures that the liquid filling space is filled without bubbles or breaks, and improves the yield of finished products.

8. The vacuum plugging system ensures that the rubber plug is in close contact with the liquid surface when filling high viscosity materials.

9. Multiple specifications of pre filled syringes can be used by replacing specification parts. The modular design is easy to expand and can be used as a single machine or connected to equipment such as de nesting machines, rotary rod machines, labeling machines, and light inspection machines to form a production line.

10. Optional self cleaning station with rubber plugs to achieve non-stop addition of rubber plugs.
