Product Introduction

This linkage line consists of JHX series ultrasonic bottle washing machine, JHH series hot air circulation tunnel oven, JHF series powder packaging and capping machine, and JHZ series automatic capping machine, which are suitable for the production of sterile powder injection preparations of antibiotics in 2-30ml bottles.

The main production process includes ultrasonic rough washing, washing the inner and outer walls of the bottle with circulating water, injection water, and compressed air in sequence, preheating and dehumidification, high-temperature sterilization to remove heat sources, cooling, screw packaging, plugging, capping, etc.

The entire line has a compact structure and occupies a small area, making it suitable for the production and testing of small-scale, multi variety products.

The powder loading machine has a one click calibration function for loading volume, which is convenient and intuitive to set up.

The powder machine can be equipped with ORABS/RABS level purification laminar flow protection hood to achieve interference free production inside the equipment (optional).

The powder loading machine can be equipped with an online laminar flow monitoring system to monitor parameters such as wind speed and dust particles, meeting the requirements of cGMP * * * new production (optional).

The capping machine adopts a three blade structure, with firm tying and good sealing, and the aluminum cap is smooth and wrinkle free
