Equipment Overview:

This machine is a newly developed fully automatic continuous high-speed drug packaging machine by our company. With a brand new design structure, it operates quickly and has high production efficiency. It can automatically separate materials, open the feeding paper box, provide instructions (1-4 fold), automatically pack materials, synchronize batch number printing (three rows), automatically seal, and automatically remove waste. The machine has a wide range of applications and can meet the needs of various conventional aluminum-plastic blister drug boards, bottles, injection trays, ointments, and rectangular or tablet filled regular items in specific paper boxes. After sealing the paper box, it can be sent out. While retaining all the advantages of a multifunctional packaging machine, it also adds multiple automatic control functions to make the equipment more reliable. More practical, more comprehensive in functionality, and greatly improved in product performance. The structural design of each part of this machine complies with the requirements of the National Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Performance characteristics:

1. Continuous box opening system, pull-out box opening mechanism, and mechanical pushing and packing mechanism for the whole machine, each mechanism

2. The pushing device is equipped with an alarm and shutdown system for products not entering the box properly, effectively ensuring the quality of item packaging and the safe operation of the mechanism.

3. Servo feeding and bottle feeding, fast speed, high efficiency, stable and reliable.

4. Equipped with German imported vacuum pumps, Italian reduction motors, and pneumatic and vacuum protection shutdown systems, as well as door opening and shutdown devices, to ensure the safety of machine operation.

5. Equipped with a handheld remote control for incremental testing, and convenient product size adjustment through the dial handwheel.

6. This machine adopts touch screen, PLC automatic control, variable frequency speed regulation, Chinese (English) and digital display, and electrical components are selected from well-known domestic and foreign brands. The system runs stably, the operation is simpler and more convenient, and it can display the machine's operating status, fault diagnosis and automatic shutdown, making the entire production process achieve automation control.
