Overview and purpose:

The LYCP-10P automatic hot melt sealing machine is a newly upgraded automatic filling and sealing machine developed by our company based on years of experience in designing and manufacturing sealing machines. Using a cam indexing mechanism to drive a rotating disc with fixtures for intermittent motion, a series of functions such as high-precision filling, hot melt sealing, and edge cutting are completed. Accurate filling measurement, beautiful, neat, firm, and hygienic appearance of the sealing tail, and smooth cutting edges. The whole machine runs smoothly and reliably, without noise or other pollution.

All parts of the machine that come into contact with materials are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel, and quick change devices are used for parts that need to be cleaned, making disassembly and cleaning convenient. Any material that uses multiple row connecting pipes and secondary throwing pipes as packaging materials can be safely filled with flavor using this machine. Widely used in daily chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical and other related industries.

Equipment features:

1. Reasonable design, simple operation, suitable for multi specification molds, easy to replace, suitable for various row and tube throwing.

2. It can be manually or automatically (vibrating disc) mounted.

3. Adopting PLC system control, easy to operate.

4. The program adopts suction to avoid drawing and dripping.

5. According to the material situation, filling can be done using peristaltic pumps or ceramic pumps and other filling pump bodies.

6. The tail sealing method is hot melt sealing, which is as beautiful as BFS.
