* LYAPL1-8Ampoule bottle drawing machineOur company has developed a filling, drawing, and sealing integrated machine for ampoules to meet the needs of our customers' small and medium-sized trial production. This machine has improved the overall performance of the machine, allowing for easy filling and sealing of 1-20ml ampoules with minimal replacement parts; In addition, intelligent control, conveyor chain, handwheel clutch device, and enclosed exterior design can complete processes such as bottle delivery, medication filling, preheating, wire drawing and sealing; We can configure a hundred level laminar flow hood according to customer requirements.

Performance characteristics:

The ampoule storage hopper is made of stainless steel material, and when the ampoule specifications change, the feeding hopper only needs to be slightly adjusted.

∅ The transmission adopts a four station servo control transmission system, with stable structure and easy replacement of specification parts.

In the design, a rectangular bottle conveying method is adopted to ensure more stable transfer of ampoules and lower bottle breakage rate.

∅The hopper is equipped with a new type of clutch device for bottle feeding, which can stop conveying ampoules without stopping the machine to reduce ampoule loss. The filling and stopping system is mechanically controlled and has strong reliability.

∅The parts that come into contact with liquids are made of SUS304 316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber.

The filling pump body can be made of stainless steel plunger pump, ceramic pump, and peristaltic pump。

The sealing wire drawing adopts gas+oxygen or liquefied gas+oxygen.
