LYNJ-1 gel filling machine is a special equipment for gel filling. The filling method of the equipment is servo motor+ceramic pump. The filling precision is high, the suction back can be set, the equipment is stable, the overall control is controlled by PLC, the touch screen is human-computer interaction, and the trigger switch is foot trigger switch. Customized specialized POM fixtures based on packaging materials, the overall structure is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the parts in contact with the material are made of 316 stainless steel. It has complete functions, easy operation, stable and reliable operation, and meets GMP specifications.
