Product Introduction

∅ Vibration disk tube management, mechanical arm tube installation, achieving fully automated control (can also be manually installed).

The ∅ system adopts PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface, stable and reliable equipment operation, and achieves intelligent control.

∅ Ceramic pump filling, high precision, frictionless, corrosion-resistant, in compliance with GMP standards.

∅ Configure sensors to achieve no tube filling.

∅ The sealing adopts ultrasonic sealing or hot melt sealing for customers to choose from.

The whole machine adopts 6-8 workstations, with flexible arrangement of workstations, which can achieve preheating before sealing and improve production capacity.

Mechanical material handling, fast speed.

The ∅ machine can be used independently or in conjunction with a labeling machine to achieve fully automated production line.
