Equipment Overview：

This machine is suitable for the normal and high temperature filling and capping of various liquids such as glucose, antibiotics, vaccines, and culture media in the pharmaceutical or food and health products industry. It can also be used for automatic and precise filling and capping of amino acids, fat emulsions, oral liquids, nutrient solutions, and biological preparations. This machine can automatically complete the processes of separation and bottle feeding, pre nitrogen or compressed air filling, filling, post nitrogen filling, capping, etc. After sterilization, the bottles are sent to the bottle feeding mechanism through a conveyor belt. The bottles are driven by the constant speed of the bottle feeding screw and handed over to the filling station through a dial. The filling needle frame quantitatively injects the medicine into the bottle according to the requirements. The filling mechanism adopts a constant pressure method for self weight filling, and each filling head is controlled by a separate pneumatic valve, which can be adjusted as a whole or independently fine tuned. The filled bottle enters the capping mechanism to complete the vacuum capping process. After adding the stopper, the bottle enters the capping (rolling) mechanism through the dial for rotation（Rolling）Cover, thus completing the entire filling and rolling process.

This machine can be used independently or combined with our company's ultrasonic bottle washing machine, tunnel hot air circulation oven and other equipment to form a high-speed washing, drying, filling and capping linkage unit, achieving automation of liquid filling production.

Equipment features:

The ∅ glass infusion bottle enters the filling section through the bottle transfer track and bottle feeding screw in a fixed distance bottle separation method for filling. The filling is measured using time and constant current principles, and the filling amount is set and adjusted through a touch screen for stable and accurate measurement. After filling is completed, the infusion bottle enters the subsequent process through the bottle discharge wheel and bottle transfer track;

∅The filling part adopts the principle of equal pressure and constant flow time filling, which can fine tune the filling time (can be controlled within 0.01s). Pneumatic valves are used for opening and closing, all of which are completed statically, ensuring accurate filling. They have the function of no bottle filling and can achieve CIP/SIP cleaning/disinfection in place; Good pressure and temperature resistance performance; Long service life without any pollution or cleaning dead corners;

∅The filling needle adopts a fast card structure and is equipped with a bottle mouth guide to ensure precise positioning of the bottle mouth during filling, without touching or splashing the bottle mouth. It is easy to disassemble and wash, and meets the hygiene requirements of drug production;

∅The liquid level height inside the constant pressure filling tank is automatically controlled using an analog level gauge. When the liquid level in the storage tank is lower or higher than the standard level, the liquid medicine is automatically replenished; During the filling process,
