The LYKFG series powder filling machine adopts full servo micro control technology and continuous vacuum adsorption plug. The equipment is fast and stable.This machine has high efficiency, low noise, compact structure, high packaging accuracy, and intelligent operation.

Equipment features:

This machine adopts a walking beam structure and uses double track or single track transmission of glass bottles according to the requirements of packaging speed;

EAdopting a fully servo drive system without mechanical transmission;

ESuitable for 2-50ml glass bottles, with a filling range of 30mg-1500mg and an accuracy of ± 0.5% - ± 5%;

The entire series can be divided into two head and four head filling,The powder filling nozzle directly fills the bottle mouth, and the powder filling screw is driven by a servo motor, which directly drops the powder into the medicine bottle without causing secondary pollution;

E The control system has functions such as parameter memory, power failure without loss, bottle shortage and filling stop, shell collision detection, and automatic flipping and docking of raw material barrels;

EConfigurable nitrogen filling function (before filling, during filling, after filling, before plug pressing)

EThis machine has the function of opening and stopping the door, and can also be equipped with an isolator to achieve online monitoring, display, printing and other functions of wind speed, wind pressure, dust particles, feeding system and dust collection system.
