Product Introduction

∅This machine is mainly used as filling equipment in industries such as medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products.

∅ Filling materials are usually gynecological gel, hyaluronic acid, collagen and other gel products.

∅ The packaging material includes tubular drug delivery devices and syringes (including tubes, rubber plugs, push rods, outer covers, etc.)

∅ The equipment completes filling, tube filling, capping, testing and other processes on the linear mold track

The overall equipment system adopts PLC control and human-computer interaction interface to achieve intelligent control.

∅ Filling is controlled by servo motor and ceramic pump to achieve high-precision filling.

The overall structure is made of 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the material are made of 316 stainless steel and sanitary grade silicone tubes

Compliant with GMP standards.

According to customer needs, laminar flow hoods can be added to achieve aseptic filling.
