∅The upper cap adopts a hanging cap mechanism, and no bottle can be capped. After filling, the bottle enters the hanging cap part through the intermediate transition wheel, and the bottle cap falls into the bottle mouth and is compacted. Finally, it enters the capping process through the bottle outlet wheel

∅This machine adopts a single blade multi head rolling type for capping, with good sealing quality and a smooth and beautiful surface; The continuously variable speed rolling blade achieves soft start, with low mechanical impact force, low bottle breakage rate, long machine service life, strong adaptability to differences in bottle external dimensions, and can reduce bottle breakage rate. The bottle dispensing mechanism uses a conveyor chain to transport the finished products with rolled caps out of the machine.

∅An optional vacuum cleaner can be installed to remove the aluminum shavings generated during the capping process, and then centrally discharge them, avoiding the pollution and quality problems that may be caused by aluminum dust generated during the capping process. (Optional)
