Whole line description:

This linkage production line consists of LYQCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, LYASMR series tunnel type hot air circulation sterilization oven, LYYGZ series filling and capping machine, etc. The appearance of this linkage production line is simple and beautiful, occupying less space and easy to clean, suitable for the production of 5-25ml oral liquid bottle filling and capping. It can complete the linkage operation of oral liquid bottle water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing, air flushing, drying sterilization, cooling, filling, capping, capping and other process steps in drug production. The design concept of the linkage line is advanced, with a reasonable structure and stable performance, providing equipment and technical support for the aseptic production of drugs in pharmaceutical factories, and complying with the relevant requirements of the current national drug production quality management standards (GMP).

Performance characteristics:

The vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine adopts a combination of ultrasonic online cleaning and water and gas independent separation alternating spray cleaning. It is currently the most popular cleaning equipment internationally, with the best cleaning effect and visible foreign object detection effect. It has a wide range of adaptability and low bottle breakage rate. Throughout the entire cleaning process, water and gas use independent spray needles, and each spray needle only fixes one cleaning medium to complete one flushing and cleaning process, avoiding cross contamination and no dead corners, which meets the requirements of the new version of GMP.

The tunnel type hot air circulation sterilization oven adopts laminar flow principle and hot air high-speed sterilization process, which can complete the entire production process of preheating, drying sterilization, cooling to bottle discharge in a sealed tunnel to reach A-level standard laminar flow environment. It is currently the most popular and most effective drying and sterilization equipment internationally, with uniform heat distribution, good heat removal effect, and equipped with mesh belt ultrasonic online cleaning, power-off protection, and automatic air pressure adjustment system.

The filling and capping machine is an integrated filling and capping machine that uses a large dial to feed bottles, a reciprocating needle to track filling, a linear continuous top capping, and fewer bottle handovers. It is equipped with a single blade side follow-up rolling or three blade capping principle, and the blade can be slightly adjusted in the up and down, circumferential directions, making it more suitable for domestic packaging materials. It has good adaptability and smooth capping without damage.

The entire line adopts advanced intelligent electronic control technology and a simple and intuitive human-machine interface, realizing the integration of mechanical and electrical design. It can be controlled through front and rear linkage and single machine operation, ensuring the normal operation of the entire line. It can also display the machine's operating status and fault display, self diagnosis of faults, fault analysis and troubleshooting methods, and achieve automated control of the entire production process.
