Product Introduction

∅This machine is suitable for automatic high-precision filling and automatic capping of 5-30ml oral liquid (fine high bottles) in the pharmaceutical industry.

∅The machine adopts mechanical transmission, which is accurate, stable, and free of air source pollution,During work, the noise is low and the loss is low, making it particularly suitable for small-scale production.

The equipment is equipped with a storage device, which feeds the material onto the wave plate through a screw, solving the technical difficulty of easy bottle tipping for fine and high bottles.

The ∅ filling needle holder is equipped with 4 filling heads for filling, which can achieve staged filling and improve filling efficiency.

The filling pump body can be filled using a peristaltic pump or a plunger pump.

The ∅ aluminum cover adopts a vibrating disc for lid sorting, and the lid hanging mechanism is used for lid hanging, which is fast, efficient, and stable in operation.

∅ The capping adopts double headed or single headed three blade capping, and the capping mouth is beautiful and can meet the needs of different filling speeds.

The bottle is positioned using a dial, ensuring accurate and reliable movement.

The overall structure of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the material are made of 316 or sanitary grade materials, which fully comply with GMP requirements.

The electrical components are sourced from high-end brands such as Siemens and Schneider, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
