Equipment Introduction:

This machine is mainly suitable for cleaning the inside of circular bottles of various materials ranging from 3-500ml.

The bottles are fed through a turntable, which uses a speed regulator to adjust the speed and is driven by a motor to rotate on the worktable under the action of tangential force. The bottles enter the bottle washing track in sequence along the guide track, greatly reducing manual labor and improving work efficiency. The bottles are alternately rinsed with pressurized two water and two gas (ionized water, injection water, oil-free compressed air) to meet the production process requirements, and can be preliminarily dried. They can be customized according to production requirements.

This device is fully automatic for spraying water, blowing air, and drying After washing the bottles, they are neatly arranged with the bottle mouth facing up and sent to the next work program, which improves production efficiency and reduces manual operation This machine can be used for both online production and standalone operation, fully complying with GMP requirements.

Workflow:

1. Bottle washing process: Pour the bottle tray into the bottle tray - Flip the bottle 180 degrees for ultrasonic cleaning - Spray pure water - Spray injection water - Blow dry with compressed air - Flip the bottle 180 degrees - Remove the bottle. The entire process is fully automated and meets GMP requirements.

2. The working process of water: pure water and injection water are sprayed onto the bottle - flows into the water tank - is pumped into the ultrasonic tank - and then flows back into the water tank (self circulating, excess water flows out through the overflow port). There is a water tank under the ultrasonic tank, and the water can be recycled by the pump. Excess water overflows to ensure the cleanliness of the water in the tank.
