This machine is a newly designed packaging and boxing machine that combines the most advanced technology at home and abroad with the actual situation of customer use. The machine has a wide range of applications and can meet the needs of various conventional aluminum-plastic blister drug boards, bottles, injection trays, ointments, and rectangular or sheet shaped regular items in pharmaceutical factories, daily chemical factories, food factories, etc. It can be reliably packed into paper boxes of specific specifications and sealed before being sent out. The machine is capable of automatic material sorting, automatic opening of feeding paper boxes, manual (1-4 fold) automatic packaging of materials, synchronous batch number printing (three rows), automatic sealing, and automatic removal of waste products. It also completes the tongue insertion work at both ends, and automatically counts when the packaging is completed. When the manual is missing, it can automatically identify and remove it. In case of material shortage or paper box failure to open, the machine will automatically stop, greatly reducing manual labor intensity and improving product quality. This machine has the characteristics of fast production speed and high efficiency. It can be used online or standalone.

5. Equipped with jog remote control adjustment function and complete safety interlock devices, such as emergency stop switches.

6. Equipped with a durable vacuum generator that converts compressed air into a vacuum source for suction, it has low noise, easy operation and maintenance, and a pneumatic and vacuum protection shutdown system to ensure the safety of machine operation.

7. It adopts the integration of machine, electricity, and gas, adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC control touch screen display, and is equipped with overload protection, fault display, fault shutdown and other devices.
