Equipment Overview:

This machine is a fully automatic box packing machine (for opening, packing, and sealing boxes) with a wide range of applications and a small footprint. This machine can be used in conjunction with front-end bundling, 3D, heat shrink, box packing machines and other equipment, as well as standalone use, suitable for automatic packing of various specifications of boxed, bagged, bottled and other types of products. It is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, daily chemical and other light industries.

The machine packing method is vertical packing, loaded by mechanical arms, and sealed with top and bottom sealing.

Equipment features:

1. Integrate four basic functions: automatic alignment, automatic unboxing, automatic packing, and automatic sealing. The product size is adjustable

2. The external control center can move in multiple directions, with LCD touch screen operation and emergency stop button settings

3. There are safety doors on both sides of the workspace, which automatically sound an alarm and shut down when the door is opened during work

4. PLC control, HMI and mechanical button operation, with actions executed by motors and pneumatic components

5. The equipment sorting and packing mechanism adopts X.Y-axis vertical packing, and the feeding conveyor belt is in the same direction as the product output (linear feeding method)

6. The feeding conveyor belt has the function of turning or standing the product, and can be designed with different feeding methods according to requirements
