Product Introduction

Performance characteristics:

∅ Realize the production of automatic and precise filling and wire drawing sealing of small capacity injection ampoules in the pharmaceutical industry;

The entire process includes procedures such as separation and bottle feeding, pre nitrogen flushing, filling, post nitrogen filling, preheating, wire drawing and sealing, and finished product bottle discharge;

∅ The bottle feeding adopts high-precision servo control screw feeding, which can be linked with the sliding block pressure spring guide rod device of the bottle outlet mesh belt in the front oven to achieve dynamic balance of bottle feeding and prevent bottle tipping and breakage;

∅ There are ceramic pumps, peristaltic pumps, or glass piston pumps available for customers to choose from for filling;

∅ Configure nitrogen filling stations before and after filling to achieve the filling quality of non antioxidant drugs;

The filling needle adopts an independent armored mechanism, and the filling amount can be adjusted as a whole or separately;

∅ Equipped with needle racks for 8, 10, 12, and 16 needles, with different configurations corresponding to customer production capacity requirements;

∅All parts in contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel, while non-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel;
